Description
Independent cottage plunged in a private park of about 1 hectare rich of fruit trees, olive trees, pines and other plants.
We are at 30 mn by car from the centre of Rome and at a short distance from the trains station leading both to St. Peter and to the subway. At few km by car it's possible to reach the Golf Club of Olgiata, natural parks, Bracciano lake, Martignano lake. The seaside is at half an hour distance by car as well as the Popes' Thermal Swimming Pool, and Toscana is two hours far.
The cottage is composed by a double bed room and a twin beds room, a living room with kitchen corner, a bath room with shower, swimming pool 6 x 12 mt and a park of 10.000 sm.
