Newly opened 10 bedroom luxury villa on a 3 acre forested plot in the most beautyful part of Piaseczno, just on the outskirts of Warsaw, Poland.
Ideal for private conferences, business meetings, learning courses, private functions, banquets, weekends retreats, yoga workshops or family holidays away from the city.
We have 10 double and triple bedrooms, a comfortable accommodation for over 20 guests. There is an equipped gym with a ping pong table, a conference room. Outside 6 seater jacuzzi, a garrage for 5 cars and parking for many more cars in the driveway, a valleyball and badminton court.
There are 3 levels - on the ground floor there is a conference room, joined with the salon with an open fire fireplace and a music corner, with an audio equipment, collection of selected classical and modern music, musical instruments. Here are 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms for the disables as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast room. There is a door on the patio with a grill and another door to the sports grounds.
Upstairs are 6 bedrooms with 80m/2 three viewing terraces.
On the lowest level there is a gym with ladders, 3 mashines, tennis table and a laundry.
Throuthout the house there are oak hardwood floors and wooden panels on the walls - contrasting with the white walls and decorative green oriental plants.
The total area of our house is 576m/2 and 80m/2 terraces.
Piaseczno is a beautyful holiday destination situated in the midle of the forest and natural protected reserves. We have 5 mountain bikes to explore the cycling paths around. Just 250m from our home there are a natural reserve with a several large and cristal clean fishing ponds, good for swimming and sunbathing on the sand dunes summertime and skating wintertime.
Some 2km there are water sports facilities with kayaks, water bikes and other activities.
We do charge $30/person/night, $15 for chilren under 10 or $500 for the whole house/night.

Required Stay: even 1 night - but residential guests, for many weeks or months, are welcome.
Cancellation Policy: All of the rent is required to complete the booking. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Deposits: A refundable security/damage deposit of $200 is required
Other Policies: * Smoking is allowed. * Guests may arrive on any day of the week. * Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit of $100 will apply towards eventual clining the house and the garden. * There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. * Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided. * No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
